Casarones is just minutes from the turn off to Castillo de Baños on the main N340/E15 road which is the main coastal route from either Malaga (2hours) or Almeria (1 hour) airports. Granada Airport is just over an hour away.

Casaornes is on just off a small Coastal Road that goes down into Castell de Ferro and is a very beautiful ride along the side of the Sea.
The Fiestas of Casarones take place in July and the photo above is taken outside the local Cafe/Bar Nico's where you can sample excellent Tapas and local Spanish dishes.

The neighbouring village of Castillo de Baños is a few minutes away and has a large Restaurant?Bar on the sea front. There is also a campsite with Restaurant and Bar and a swimming pool which can be used by the public for a small daily fee.
Castillo de Baños also has a small supermarket with fresh meat counter.
